Service to nearby communities may include a location-based travel fee to help cover fuel and vehicle-related costs.
If you live farther out, please give us a call to discuss availability and any applicable fees before scheduling service.
How do you charge for your services?
Most technical services, including Network & Computer Services and general Technical Support, are billed using a standard service structure based on time and scope.
Home Theater and Smart Home services are typically offered as flat-rate services or bundled service packages, depending on the type of work involved.
Training, Data Management, and custom project work are handled based on the specific needs of the service, with clear details provided in advance. Larger or specialized projects receive a personalized quote.
All applicable fees and billing details are reviewed with you before service begins so there are no surprises.
What is a Project Consultation & Diagnostic session?
A Project Consultation & Diagnostic is a focused on-site or remote session designed to fully understand your technology needs and challenges. During this session, we diagnose technical issues, evaluate requirements for larger or more complex projects, and provide a clear, expert action plan tailored to your situation. If you move forward with a recommended service or project, the Diagnostic Fee is credited toward the approved work. All details, including availability and applicable fees, are reviewed with you in advance.
Do you offer emergency or rush services?
Yes, we offer Rush Service, subject to availability. Same-day and next-day service requests may include a priority service fee, with same-day requests receiving a higher priority than next-day requests. Availability and any applicable fees are always discussed and confirmed with you before service is scheduled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is due upon completion of service for all standard services. For larger or custom projects requiring a proposal, specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ACH Bank Transfer.
Can you help me set up a new computer or laptop, including accessories?
Absolutely. We offer new computer/laptop setup and configuration, which includes unboxing and setting up your device as well as configuration and updates. Installing accessories like printers and scanners can be done at additional cost.
Do you offer services for small businesses?

What is included in a Full Home Theater Install?
The Full Home Theater Install package focuses on configuring and optimizing multiple home theater components within your existing setup. This service includes setup and configuration of your TV, audio system, streaming devices, and remote control, ensuring everything works together smoothly. Physical TV mounting and speaker installation are not included as part of this package. The package covers a defined service window, with additional time available if needed for more complex setups or troubleshooting. What if I need help with something not listed in your services?
If you have any questions at all about services not listed, we are still happy to listen and offer advice. We provide proposals for custom projects as well. If it’s tech, we solve it... simply.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes, we offer remote support for many Network & Computer Services and Technical Support needs when remote assistance is appropriate. Remote support sessions are conducted securely using RustDesk, a trusted, encrypted remote support tool. No software is permanently installed, and you remain in full control throughout the session. This option is ideal for quick fixes, troubleshooting, and support that doesn’t require an on-site visit. All applicable fees and session details are reviewed with you before the session begins.
Is RustDesk remote support software safe to use?
Yes. RustDesk is a secure, open-source remote support tool that uses end-to-end encryption, meaning only you and your technician can see the session. You may notice that RustDesk displays a strong warning about scams. This warning exists because scammers sometimes misuse remote access tools. When you are working with a trusted technician you have intentionally contacted, using RustDesk as instructed is safe and appropriate. You remain in full control throughout the session. Access is temporary, and no software is installed permanently on your computer.
Will anything be left on my computer after the remote support session?
No. For remote support sessions, you will be instructed to download and run a temporary RustDesk application file. Once the session is complete, simply closing the application and deleting the downloaded file removes RustDesk entirely from your system. Nothing runs in the background, no services are installed, and no ongoing access remains. We will guide you through this process during the session to ensure everything is fully closed and removed.
