Our Local Service Promise

We proudly provide on-site service to our neighbors in Irmo, SC, at no additional charge.
For friends in nearby communities like Chapin, Ballentine, and Prosperity, a simple $25 travel fee is applied to the service call.
If you live a bit further out, just give us a call! We're happy to discuss availability.

Rush Service (Subject to Availability)

Same Day Service Request: Add $35 to service total.
Next Day Service Request: Add $25 to service total.

Project Consultation & Diagnostic

On-Site or Remote Diagnostic Session (up to 60 minutes): $75.

This comprehensive session diagnoses technical issues, assesses needs for larger projects, and provides an expert action plan.The full Diagnostic Fee is credited toward any project or service you book with us.

A Note about Time Estimates & Considerations

All estimated service times reflect typical conditions.
Times may be affected by factors such as installation complexity, device performance, and existing home infrastructure.
More extensive setups, system upgrades, or specialized configurations may require additional time.

Payment is due upon completion of service for all standard services.
For larger or custom projects requiring a proposal, specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal.
