Our Local Service Promise

We proudly provide on-site service to our neighbors in Irmo, SC, at no additional charge.
Service calls in nearby areas, including Chapin, Ballentine, and Prosperity, may include a location-based travel fee.
If you live a bit further out, just give us a call! We're happy to discuss availability.

Rush Service (Subject to Availability)

If you need service sooner than our standard scheduling allows, we may be able to offer expedited appointment options.
Rush service requests are subject to a priority service fee, with higher priority given to same-day requests over next-day requests.
We will always confirm availability and any applicable fees with you before service.

Project Consultation & Diagnostic

For complex issues or larger technology projects, we offer in-depth consultation and diagnostic sessions, available on-site or remotely. These sessions allow us to fully understand your setup, troubleshoot concerns, and develop a clear action plan.
When you choose to move forward with recommended services, the diagnostic fee is credited toward your service invoice.

A Note about Time Estimates & Considerations

All estimated service times reflect typical conditions.
Times may be affected by factors such as installation complexity, device performance, and existing home infrastructure.
More extensive setups, system upgrades, or specialized configurations may require additional time.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service for all standard services.
For larger or custom projects requiring a proposal, specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal.
