NETWORK & COMPUTER SERVICES

Hardware Services:
- New Computer/Laptop Setup & Configuration (Device & Accessory Setup e.g., Printers, Scanners)
- Computer/Laptop Evaluation & Tune-up
- Computer/Laptop Hardware Upgrade (RAM, SSD, etc.)
- Wi-Fi/Network Installation/Setup
Software Services:
- Windows OS Upgrade/Tune-up
- Software Installation/Upgrade
- Backups & Data Transfers (Cloud or Local)
Pricing (Network & Computer Services):
- Standard Rate: $75 for the first hour.
- Additional Time: $35/hr thereafter.
- Remote support available for most services when appropriate at $50/hr.

HOME THEATER SERVICES

TV & Audio Setup:
- Basic TV/Audio System Configuration: $100
- Single Device Configuration (e.g., Streaming Device, DVD Player): $75
- Add-on Devices (connected to existing configured system): $25 each (e.g., soundbar, additional streaming device)
TV Mounting Services: (Client provides mount unless otherwise arranged)
- TVs under 42": $125
- TVs 42" up to 59": $175
- TVs 60" up to 65" (standard drywall, single technician): $225
- For TVs larger than 65", complex surfaces (brick, stone), above fireplaces, or requiring in-wall cable concealment, please request a custom quote. Some installations may require two technicians.
Speaker Mounting: $100 - $300 (Custom proposal based on speaker quantity, mounting type & wiring complexity)
Theater & Remote Services:
- Full Home Theater Install: $200 (up to 4 hours). Includes configuration of multiple theater components such as TV, audio system, streaming devices, and remote setup. Mounting and speaker installs are not included in this specific package. Additional time: $40/hr.
- Universal Remote Programming: $75. Additional remotes (programmed at same visit): $25 each.
Note: Pricing reflects standard installs. Complex setups or custom configurations may require a custom quote.

SMART HOME SERVICES

Supported Smart Devices Include (but not limited to):
- Wi-Fi Cameras, Video Doorbells, Smart Thermostats, Voice Assistants (Alexa, Google, Siri), Smart Plugs, Switches, and More.
Smart Home Packages:
- Essential Package: $250 (Setup of up to 4 client-provided smart devices)
- Starter Package: $150 (Setup of any 2 client-provided smart devices)
Individual Device Setup: $85 (Standard rate for single client-provided device installs e.g., camera, doorbell, thermostat, voice assistant)
Smart Lighting Systems: $75 - $150+ (Custom proposal based on number of lighting devices and job complexity)
Note: Pricing reflects standard installs. More complex setups will be quoted accordingly.

TRAINING & DATA MANAGEMENT

Services Offered:
- Personalized Tech Training (Office apps, email, cloud tools, video calls, smart device usage, etc.)
- Digital Data Organization (Email cleanup, file structuring, cloud migration planning & setup, photo organization strategies, etc.)
- Data Migration Service (Transferring files between devices or to cloud storage. Includes up to 50GB of data; additional data charged at $0.50/GB).
Pricing (Training & Data Management):
- Standard Rate: $50/hr

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

(General Troubleshooting)

Home & Personal Tech Support:
- Network/Router Troubleshooting
- Device Troubleshooting (Computers, Printers, etc.)
- Software Troubleshooting
Small Business Support:
- Network & Device Support (Includes network devices, PCs/laptops, and printers. Ideal for small offices. Larger offices may require customized attention.)
Pricing (Technical Support):
- Standard Rate: $75 for the first hour.
- Additional Time: $35/hr thereafter.
- Remote support available when appropriate at $50/hr (Perfect for quick fixes and efficient troubleshooting).

ADDITIONAL SERVICE OPTIONS

Cable Management: $40 (standalone service) | $20 (when added to another service visit)
Cable Labeling (Both ends labeled): $15 (for up to 10 cables, when added to another service)
Secure Device Data Wipe (for disposal/recycling): $30 (1 device) | $20 each additional device at same visit

ADDITIONAL FEES

Our Local Service Promise:
- We proudly provide on-site service to our neighbors in Irmo at no additional charge.
- To serve our friends in nearby communities like Chapin, Ballentine, and Prosperity, a simple $25 travel fee is applied to the service call.
- If you live a bit further out, just give us a call! We're happy to discuss availability.
Rush Service (Subject to Availability):
- Same Day Service Request: Add $35 to service total
- Next Day Service Request: Add $25 to service total
Project Consultation & Diagnostic:
- On-Site or Remote Diagnostic Session (up to 60 minutes): $75

(A comprehensive session to diagnose your technical issues, assess needs for larger projects, and provide an expert action plan. The full Diagnostic Fee is credited toward any project or service you book with us.)

A Note about Time Estimates & Considerations: Please note that all estimated service times reflect typical conditions but may be affected by factors such as installation complexity, device performance, and existing home infrastructure. More extensive setups, system upgrades, or specialized configurations may require additional time.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service for all standard services. For larger or custom projects requiring a proposal, specific payment terms will be outlined in the proposal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ACH Bank Transfer.
